We believe Santa Rosa is a thriving community that has many strong restaurants, specialty shops, and grocery stores, but few places combine everyday shopping, fresh prepared food, specialty beverages, and a true sense of place in one cohesive destination. Casa Cruz Mercado is designed to fill that gap by creating a culturally relevant, locally rooted market where people can shop for daily essentials, enjoy distinct food concepts, and gather in an environment that reflects the character and diversity of the region. -
No, we are not a licensed construction company… yet.
Since Casa Cruz Group owns all of the properties we develop, we act as an owner builder on our projects and subcontract with our network of licensed contractors for each trade required. Our in-house team of architects, project managers, designers and consultants manage and oversee the projects from start to finish.
